My childhood was full of animals, dogs, cats, roosters, hens, geese, birds, fishes, and lots more.
Love can't describe my feeling to all animals; to me, they are creatures that I respect from bottom of heart. We are so lucky to have pets around and give us 100% unconditional love.
Years ago, my 8-years-old cat got stomach ulcer and vomited with blood. I stayed up many nights to take care of her. As a full-time worker with fixed working schedule, a responsible petsitter would be perfect solution since my cat needed to have baby food in every 3-4 hours; then I realized a great petsitter must be kind, patience, honest, knowledgeable, and willing to understand each unique creature.

Ccat Pet Sitting Service - Information :
Cat, dog, hamster, rabbit, fish, and small mammal. No reptiles, thank you.
In-home sitting: Including no obligation interview; feed and clean pets' dishes; clean litter, or change litter, depend on the situation; watering plants, based on client's request; take mails in, based on client's request; alternate lights, based on client's request; brush pets, if pets love to and won't bite or resist; playtime; text message or send picture to client after done with each visit.
Picking up pet supplies/Errands: A sitter picks up food, litter , medications, etc. Fee will base on time and mileage/gas consumption.
Transportation to Vet or Groomers: A sitter drives a client's pet to an appointment. Fee will base on time and mileage/gas consumption.
P.S. Backup petsitter for any unexpected condition on primary petsitter, client will get informed if this happens

Ccat Pet Sitting Service - Rate :
IN-HOME PET SITTING:
- $17 each visit for single cat, approximately 30 minutes.
- $22 each visit up to 3 cats, or 3 rabbits, or 2 dogs (less than 30 pounds each), approximately 45 minutes
- For household who has both cat and dog, $22 will cover up to 2 cats and 1 dog (less than 30 pounds for dog), approximately 45 minutes.
- Extra time charge will be determined at the first interview.
- 2nd and 3rd visit on the same day, each visit will be 20 minutes and $10 on each additional visit.
- Holiday charge will be no difference besides Christmas/ Thanksgiving/ New Year, $10 additional charge.
- Services requires minimum 3 days' notice. Any last minute request will based on petsitter's schedule and $10 additional charge.
PET TAXI:
- Driving pets to wherever he or she needs to go Veterinarian, the groomer, home, etc.
- Both dogs (less than 30 pounds) and cats must be crated.
- Trips are 7 miles or less.
- One way trip – $15; Round trip – $30.
- Trips over 7 miles add $2 per mile.
- Additional pet add $5 each way.
- Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year add additional $10.
- Emergency call out (existing clients only). Price provide upon request.
- We regret we are not permitted to carry human passengers.
PET ERRAND:
- Pet food, medicine, and supply pick up/delivery.
- Trips are 7 miles or less.
- $15 every 30 minutes, from arriving destination to complete delivery.
- Trips over 7 miles add $2 per mile.
- Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year add additional $10.

to schedule for initial client interview or a key-pick-up.

Please expect 2-4 hours to reply voicemail/ text message/ email in office hours and 12 hours to reply out of office hours.
Payments:
Please to make payment in full prior to, or at the time of, the first visit. A handling fee ($20) will be charged on all returned checks.
Pet Immunizations:
Please provide proof of immunizations and vet care before taking on a pet sitting engagement.
Alternative sitters:
In the event of personal emergency or illness of Pet Sitter, Client will be notified another qualified person to fulfill responsibilities as set forth in this contract.
Pet identification:
All pets are required to wear ID collars or stay indoor.
Reservations:
3-day notice is required to new clients and 1-day notice for current clients.
Same day reservation will be applicable to current clients with $10 additional charge.
Holiday sitting:
Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year sitting will be $10 additional charge.
